At CMH we value your time and strive to provide a seamless scheduling experience. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, social media or in person. To ensure availability and the best service possible, we recommend booking in advance.

Important info about your booking
Deposit policy: To provide our clients the highest level of service and personalised experience a reservation deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.
Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation text once your appointment is booked, along with a reminder 24-48 hours before your scheduled time
Cancellations and rescheduling: We understand that life happens and your time is valuable -as is ours. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24hrs notice so we can accomodate other clients on our waitlist. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice may result in a forfeited deposit. This policy allows us to respect the time of both our stylists and clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
